Letter from Rt Hon Michael Gove MP

Dated 5th December 2022, Michael Gove wrote to his colleagues about setting out the further changes to the planning system, alongside the Levelling Up and Regeneration Bill. He said these changes would then go into the National Planning Policy Framework prospectus. 

The letter covers ways of calculating how many homes are needed in an area and strategies for implementing housing plans.
